Exhibition of Resources for Youth & Families

Display Tables
Display tables (8’ x 30”) will be located in the lobby, in the banquet area, and along the perimeter of the adjacent hallway.

Setup Time
Due to an event occurring the evening before, setup will take place on Saturday morning. Doors will be open by 7:00 a.m. We request that all setups be completed before 8:30 a.m.

A  diagram of the floorplan will be available at the registration desk, for your convenience. Specific table preferences are first come, first served. Extension cords, adapters, chargers, etc., are the responsibility of the exhibitor.

Exhibit Times
Breakfast attendees will visit the display tables before Breakfast starts, at an announced designated time, and directly after the conclusion of the Breakfast.

Other Guidelines
>> All tables are on a first-come, first-served basis.

>> Display materials/exhibits should be designed so as to not interfere with or cause disturbance to the Breakfast program. This only applies if you are in the banquet area.

>> The exhibitor will be fully responsible for all liability associated with the exhibit caused by accident, injury, theft, or fine.
