On January 20, 2018, National Day of Prayer-Frederick hosted a forum on Prayer Behind Bars: The Role of Prayer & Evangelism in Jail & Prison Ministry. Panelists included current and former Maryland chaplains discussing the importance of prayer in correctional facilities. Rev.
