Volunteers make the difference! Without your help, we will not be able to host this wonderfully inspiring event!
There are many ways to help and we’ve outlined a few opportunities for the Youth Prayer Rally below.
VOLUNTEER NEEDS
Set Up. Help set up signs the afternoon before the event (on Wednesday, May 1). Assist where needed on the day of the event (on Thursday, May 2) — set up equipment, arrange materials, post signs/placards.
Staffing Support & Ushers. Help the event run smoothly! We need help staffing food tables, assisting and directing people to appropriate sections, throughout the evening. With enough support, we can each take small shifts to ensure everyone has the chance to enjoy the event!
Spread the Word. Help us distribute information cards and post flyers throughout the community. Invite family, friends, neighbors, church groups!
Social Media. Please engage us on our social media platforms and share the news about the Youth Prayer Rally: Facebook, X, Instagram.
VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENT
All Volunteers and Program Participants (18 and over) must complete a Volunteer Agreement and Release Form.
